Position Summary:
This position will help oversee the support and growth of a team of software analysts in Manila.
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership/management, analytical skills, initiative, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be flexible to work varying hours to support global markets, be willing to travel when necessary and be capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Experienced with managing a team of 5-10+ peopleStrong understanding of Q/A: Support production applications, write and execute comprehensive Test scripts, use cases, understanding of automation testingExperienced working with Agile methodologyAbility to assist with migrations, standards and administration as neededAbility to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders throughout the organization and deliver resolutionAbility to effectively communicate with leadershipStrong understanding of overall business and how Q/A fits into the overall digital operationPerform other duties as required, this job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
