职位描述
The Customer Service and Investigations Officer handles regulatory complaints, executive complaints and overdue cases. S/he also serves as the first level of escalation for any concerns not addressed during the first contact point, expected to ensure that daily service request from customers are delivered/fulfilled within the established turnaround time and quality. The role provides assistance to the Customer Care Manager monitoring, making, enhancing processes, procedures and policies that involves facilitation of customer service inquiry, request and problems
