Synpulse is looking for a self-motivated candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our Manila team.

Responsibilities:

Develop visual themes and concepts for a wide range of projects and media using Adobe Creative Cloud without our corporate design guidelinesTranslate stakeholder ideas and feedback into visual designs that meet brand expectations, quality standards, and production requirementsTranslate information or creative ideas into visual displays that drive clear objectivesDevelop, produce and maintain print and digital designs, including presentations, documents, infographics, photo/digital illustrations, brochures, emails, and website elementsCreate and maintain branded templates, including Microsoft Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and within CanvaFind, create and build graphics such as icons and Synpulse-styled street art images (manipulate and retouch as necessary)Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and an eye for visual consistency and formatting, with an emphasis on accuracy, speed and qualitySupport all aspects of the design process – from conception to completion, design and productionUnderstand the Synpulse corporate design and identity, and work in a team as the brand guardians to ensure consistency in application of all materials in accordance with the Synpulse brand guidelinesAssist with ad-hoc design projects from Marketing and across the business (e.g., HR)

Requirements:

Minimally 5 years of experience in graphics and multimedia designExpert in PowerPoint, including shortcuts and animationsBachelor’s degree in graphic or multimedia arts, design, communication, or related fieldIn-depth experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a must (an on-site test will be conducted (virtually) to evaluate expertise and suitability)Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, and visual design principlesArtistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing contentWeb designing experience is a bonusA complete portfolio showcasing work as a designer is required for evaluation
