We are looking for an accomplished Product Designer to help shape and steer the XSplit brand into a world-class suite of products. This role will work closely with the Chief Product Officer and executive team to research, design, and oversee exceptional product experiences through modern design.

Responsibilities
Work very closely with the Product and Executive Management team to help define, wireframe, design, and execute on the product roadmap.Drive the creative direction, establishing style guides and design systems for use throughout the XSplit suite of products across Windows, Mac, and mobile.Talk with our end users and customers to understand their pain points and requirements.Conduct user research and studies to identify and rectify any issues with the user journey.Devise experiments and tests to best optimize new and existing designs and flows.Stand for high standards, and pave the way to raising the organization’s design bar.Wear a variety of hats! We’re a small team with a big vision.Minimum Qualifications
5+ years designing user experiences for consumer software products and apps.Able to transform short briefs and goals into highly functioning digital products.Have experience working with Figma. We use Figma extensively at XSplit, utilizing Libraries, prototyping, auto layout, and many other features.A strong attention to detail and a good eye for UI/UX.Comfortable conducting user study groups and carrying out market research, and have an understanding of the processes involved.Fluent in spoken and written English.
