Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand the Field Recruitment strategy per marketAssist in developing the appropriate digital media strategy and buying planExecute organic social media posts or articles across social media channels and boost post as neededMonitor and perform on-going analysis of campaign metrics

Qualifications:

Experience in Google Ads manager, Hootsuite, programmatic media buying platforms such as Indeed, and other social media management toolsWorked for multinational media buying firms or have been part of an in-house digital media for e-commerce websitesBachelor’s degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing, Communication Technology, or equivalent5 – 7 years of related work experience
