职位描述
The Layout Artist is mainly responsible for typesetting the client’s provided content using InDesign and Illustrator in a fast-paced environment. He/she should be detail oriented, ensuring quality outputs all the time.
Responsibilities:
Layout/Typeset international corporate reports, which include well-designed corporate financial documents based on a thorough understanding of effective visual communicationImplement design instructions from clients and art directorsPrepare charts, graphs, and tables in accordance with corporate branding or provided design directionimport mainly MS Office files supplied by customer and typeset in Adobe InDesign CC (2019-2021 versions) following customers’ specificationsMake any amendments as instructed by the client or as corrected by the proofreadersRequirements:
College degree preferable in Multimedia, Arts and Design, Advertising Design, Fine Arts or equivalent is a plus or Technical/Vocational course in Graphic Design, Layout or TypesettingWith knowledge and technical skills using Adobe CC specializing in InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopAble to assess his/her own ability to be able to provide estimated turnaround timeExcellent English comprehension skills as instructions are provided in this languageComfortable working with tight deadlinesAt least 1 year experience working in publishing or design agency is an advantageFresh graduates with InDesign background are also welcome to applyAble to work under pressure and still maintain an accurate and on-time outputMust be prepared to work on a shifting basis, including graveyard shiftBehavioral Traits Requirements:
