Junior Account Manager (Job Code: TI22)

The role shall act as a point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned account to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Representing the entire agency, the position will establish, maintain, and nurture business relationships amongst existing clients by providing satisfying and engaging products and services on a long-term basis.

Accountabilities

Gathers all relevant information from the client and crafts an accurate brief for the agencyAnswers/Responds to client queries within 24 hours from receipt of emailManages progress and ensures that projects are on timeProperly works client budgets to ensure that it is utilized efficientlyLeads in pitching new ideas to current clientsCollaborates with teammates and other agency departmentsBe up-to-date with the latest events that are relevant to your clientsAssists the account manager in ensuring that tools remain up-to-date and relevant to the team

Requirements

At least a year of experience in accounts' project managementExceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills that demonstrate the ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsAbility to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailsIs interested in making an impact in the PH market
