Your Role and Responsibilities :

Candidates will demonstrate skills in areas for the administration, development, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. He or she is responsible in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions. Will work with the clients and team members to understand requirements and develop elegant solutions that meet those needs. Must have strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform. 

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

ServiceNow – Certified System Administration – Good to have 

ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer – Good to have

ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) – Good to have

ITIL Foundation – Good to have 

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

Same as above.
