Performs preventive maintenance for all IT related equipment and to attend to all IT requests and take necessary or appropriate actions.Offers technical and maintenance support to all system users.Conduct daily checking of servers.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksResponding in a timely manner to service issues and requestsSetting up accounts for new usersProviding technical support across the companyRepairing and replacing equipment as necessaryInstalling and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
