Core Requirements:

Must have at least a year of experience working with an agile team.Understanding of software development cycle.A track record of implementing projects.Integrity.Can deal with pressure, and thrives in a high-pressure environment.Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive levelCreative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” viewHas strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.Organized, proactive, logical, ability to multitask, and negotiation skills.Ability to provide leadership and promote teamworkAbility to shield his team from outside distractions and interferencesAbility to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to effectively manage constructive conflicts.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience working in a team that uses Scrum framework.Experience in Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance.At least 1-year project management experience.Interest in software/ mobile development.

JOB DEscriptION

As a Junior Project Manager, you are expected to:

Coordinate with the German Counterpart and/or the client regarding timelines, releases, and project requirements.Coach the team members about Agile methodology.Unblock team members and ensure their productivity.Work with the management team to hit the monthly productivity goal of the teams.Help team members in their career development.Implement and improve company processes to promote efficiency.Ensure timely delivery of projects based on estimations.Mitigate possible risks, facilitating discussion between team members.
