职位描述
Job Summary
The Senior IT will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the IT Department. Such responsibilities include control and maintenance of the network system and all reports generated by the computer system.
Functions
1. 1. Technical, systems, and network support assistance
a. Retail Pro POS system
b. Microsoft Navision
c. Fortigate Firewall
2. 2. Remote support assistance
3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
4. Email administration
5. System testing and simulation
Testing new technology
7. Responsible for requesting and purchasing (if necessary) computers, printers' components, and other peripherals as needed by the company. Communicate with the suppliers and repair shops for service warranty and maintenance of IT assets.
8.2. Creation of customized reports
9. Automation software creation
10. Store opening (planning and quality control)
11. Conduct system training and seminars for the users.
12. Ensure the stability of all head office and stored IT equipment.
13. Plan and monitor job requests and other related documents,
14. Staff assessment and mentoring:
Keep all workstations free from possible harm, damage, and abuse.
16. Monitors weekly backup of all users, servers, and stores
17. Plan and Quarterly preventive maintenance
18. Monitor and track IT team activities.
19. Provide and coordinate with users and vendors regarding technical issues and concerns.
20. Attends/monitors department and user technical requirements
21.Maintain and track user requests for additional equipment, software, etc.
22. Support BOD’s technical and systems requirements (as needed)
23. monitors network and internet speed performance.
24. DTR/Biometric System Administration
25. Provides support to other duties and tasks as needed as required by executives.
Technical Skills
