JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:create ,conceptualize, and implement creative graphics both print and digital on time--manage design revisions and approval of artwork and information accuracy.--Adobe and Photoshop experience--experience with making color separation and print positives on t-shirt printing for silkscreen process.--Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, tent cards, posters, banners/artworks, social media artworks.-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to communicate design concepts.- Reliable, focused, and detail oriented.- Visual and conceptual problem-solving skills.- Ability to prioritize, schedule and ensure completion and accuracy of tasks.- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task
