Visual Merchandiser- AllHome (Bataan/Pampanga)

AllHome Corporation, under the Villar Group of Companies, is looking for candidates to fill the position of Visual Merchandiser.

THE ROLE: We are looking for Visual Merchandisers who are willing to be assigned in AllHome Bataan and Pampanga.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Visual merchandising of assigned stores including the following:

Maintaining the overall look of the store based on display standardsImplementation of monthly window display themesProvide help on improvement of displays to increase store salesPropose new layouts that may help improve store functionPropose new and additional fixtures, modules, and signages needed by the store

Generate sales through offering design services to clients including the following:

In-depth knowledge of AllHome products which includes furniture, homelines, tiles, appliances, builders, and DIYPropose strategies and solutions to client needs including built-in and furnishing concepts and ideasCoordination with store managers on increasing store sales through corporate proposals and others

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledgeable in basic MS Office softwaresProficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other visual design toolsAble to execute interior design works and other related technical drawings or details

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Can set up an actual in-store and/or off-site displayWilling to travel and can assess through market checkingCan manage both interior design projects and visual merchandising worksUp to date with current visual merchandising trends and best practices

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalentAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position1-4 years experienced employees specializing in merchandising or equivalentMust be willing to travel and do projects in AllHome stores located in Bataan and Pampanga.Full-time position(s) available
