Job Description

Technical Project ManagerRBOX INTERNATIonAL SOLUTIONS INC.  

Responsibilities: 

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools (Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Other Project Management Software), monitor and manage detailed project plans

Assign and monitor work of department personnel, ensure that project steps are in alignment with business objectives and are completed on time and within budget.    

Manage pipeline of multiple projects and work streams, ensure teams are working to agreed resource allocation levels  

Support development efforts by scheduling & attending meetings, lead daily scrums, and capture and coordinate action items

Manage delivery of change through the Agile scrum processes and coach the team to effectively apply Agile methodologies

Plan and execute deployments, support handover of projects, and support necessary trainings.     

Identify, analyze, prioritize, and manage project risks with Senior Management·     

Provide day-to-day internal customer liaison and be responsible for relationship management, project management and delivery. 

Prepare sprint data, project reports for Senior Management, and lead retroactive meetings

Collaborate with other Project Managers by exchanging ideas and work on improvement of processes both within the immediate team and across the company.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.

• 3+ years of Project Management or Agile Scrum experience, with an Application Development, Agile Coaching or Technical Project Management background.

• Strong skills in Agile methodology, work estimation, people management, resource planning, project assessment, sprint planning, sprint review/retroactives, and risk assessment.

• Strong knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Visio) with a strong knowledge of project management disciplines specifically Agile Scrum.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification· Software development experience is a plus·Strong communication, leadership and mentoring skills·Proficiency in the English language 

Willing to work on Night Shift
