Network and Security Administrator Job qualifications and requirements

This role is open for remote work but candidate must be willing to report to the office as needed2 years minimum experienceExperienced in Windows and Linux Operating SystemsStrong knowledge of systems and networking softwareExperience in Firewall management and technologiesExperience in intrusion detection system/intrusion prevention systemExcellent knowledge of best practices around management, control/security, and monitoring of IT infrastructureExperience with networking management, configurations, and changesExperience with systems and network troubleshooting to identify the root cause and fixesExperience working with ticketing and asset management systems and following processesAbility to identify issues and escalation protocol where necessaryEffective communication and writing skillsExperience using Zoho One and 3cx VoIP System is a plus; if none, willing to learn
