Job Description

Job Summary:

Manage and/or process product delivery for print and electronic publications in accordance with production cycle time and accuracy requirementsManage all publication milestones for assigned publications from receiving the job to delivery of the final proofs to the Printer and signoff of electronic products, including schedule revisionsPerform both Editorial and Operations tasks/meet milestones of the publicationReview and resolve ALL supplier flags/queries within the given Turnaround TimeObserve proper escalation of the issues/challenges to the stakeholders and immediate superiorPerform rules-based quality assurance/proof review to ensure a customer ready copy, by following established standards, along with verification of specific styling, format, and standardization rulesComplete electronic QCs to ensure supplier quality of electronic output in various media formatProvides general administrative support to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceThe candidate should be a college degree holder with or without experienceWith very strong attention to details and sharp analytical skillsCommunications skills both in written and oral should be at least above averageThe candidate must be able to verbalize his thoughts and must be comfortable dealing with foreign partners and stakeholdersThe candidate must also have strong multi-tasking skills, time management and ability to address day-to-day accountabilities with a sense of urgencyThe candidate should be computer savvyCan start as soon as possible, hybrid setup
