Instructional Content Writer

What You’ll Do

The Instructional Content Writer creates learning and teaching materials for goFLUENT’s English training solutions. They are expected to:

Apply instructional design principles, the goFLUENT methodology, and brand guidelines to develop engaging activities that enhance retention and ensure progress;Collaborate with content editors, multimedia specialists, and other key positions to refine, publish, and maintain content on goFLUENT’s learning platform;Produce high-quality and high-volume content in a dynamic environment;Plan or assist in planning courses and other types of content;Submit a daily report, attend meetings, and participate in innovations brainstorming sessions; perform other tasks as assigned by the content manager (conduct research, gather data, perform basic tool testing, etc.).

What You’ll Need

Extensive experience in EFL/ESL teaching, writing/editing instructional content, and/or business writing/editing;A college degree (those with a degree in English, linguistics, language teaching, or a related field will be prioritized);Excellent command of the English language;Keen attention to detail and an excellent memory for guidelines;Competent knowledge of office software suites and some experience in multimedia;Strong online research skills;The ability to multitask and to work in a constantly evolving environment.Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
