Job Responsibilities:

Will be in charge of developing and maintaining all policy, procedures, and work instruction documents consistent with all corporate guidelines.Analyzes the effectiveness of all documented work policies and procedures, and recommend improvement opportunities to management.In charge of evaluating information necessary to develop and prepare a Corporate Policy Manual.

Job Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in Policy writing in a private/corporate setup.Must have the ability to evaluate and edit the content, structure, and format of various written materials.Must have advanced skills in effectively communicating orally and in writing, including making formal presentations to groups and committees.Must have advanced skills in assessing and writing policies and procedures, and knowledge and understanding of policy research principles, methods, processes, techniques, and resources.
