Systems Operations Analyst (Back-Up Solutions) - 2 Headcounts - Hybrid Work Set Up

Performing basic configuration and maintain rack serversRun batch processing accurately and in a timely mannerManage Backup solutions (Netbackup, VEEAM, CommVault)Monitor and report on backups and perform restores or AppDynamicsMonitor and process events/incidents using HPOVData frame Patching (applicable to LDN staff)Daily ready for business / application health checks and reportingResolve issues / outstanding deliverablesReporting of Regional SOD Operations Status ReportEscalate issues to L2 and collaborate with GSD and ITOM for Major (P1/P2) issuesFulfil any additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)Understanding of Wholesale Financial ServicesExperience in Backup solutions Netbackup / CommVault / VEEAMGood working knowledge of Office365, OneShare, MS TeamsKnowledge of Event Monitoring tool, HPOV, AppDynamicsGood working knowledge of Windows OS and Solaris/RHEL/Unix OSExperience in AS400 systems
