With 1 year experience as on-site/field IT technical support within a corporate environment Graduate of BS Electronics and Computer Engineering, BS Information TechnologyCustomer interface experience is a plusDesktop hardware/applications and printer supportFollow-up and coordinate with telecom companiesExcellent communication and reporting skillsKnowledge in IT infrastructure equipment (Server, Firewall, Router, Backup, UPS, etc) and ITIL
Skills / Competencies:
• Competencies in LAN/WAN management
• Competencies in Server and Desktop management
• Has high level competence in one or more technologies
• With excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Has good customer service relations
