IT Support Engineer (hybrid)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

Five (5) years of experience in network and systems administrationExperience supporting virtual workspaces in an enterprise environmentExperience in supplier and vendor managementEquivalent experience/training in MCDST, A+, Network+ or MCSE Certifications preferred

EXPERIENCE IN ANY OF THESE TOOLS/ TECHNOLOGY: 

Windows 10 including proficiency with Microsoft endpoints, O365, and virtual workspaces in an enterprise environmentCloud management platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Sophos enterprise solutions desired

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Work with internal clients / employees in providing third-level technical support and troubleshooting for applications and databasesSetup the IT support infrastructure in the Philippine operations based on corporate standardsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers on computing equipment necessary to support a remote workforceAssume inventory of company network and computing devices
