Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating purchase requests and purchase orders.Arrange for inbound/outbound deliveries and follow-up on late deliveriesAnalyze and review items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance, and inventories.Inventory management.Key participant for external auditEngage in price negotiations with suppliers.Pro-actively seeking for cost savings initiativesOther ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

College Graduate in any field.Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experienceWilling to learn and take on new tasks.Able to multi-task.PC literate and familiar with Microsoft excel (Pivot table and V-Lookup)Experience in SAP/CRM will be an advantageGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast pace environmentAble to work under pressure and tight deadlinesAble to work independently and part of a team
