Job Responisibilities:Supervises Systems AdministratorsManages servers and network equipmentProvides accurate system status report consistently to ICT HeadMake sure that systems are updated/patched regularlyPlanning for both scheduled and emergency maintenancesPlanning for staff skills improvementProvides improvement plan/enhancements for systems and administration proceduresRequirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field as Supervisor is required for this position.Ability to communicate technical things even to non-technical peopleStrong desire to improve his/her skills and the systems under his/her accountabilityStrong critical thinking skills and trusthworthyWilling to work in the officeWilling to be called to report for work or provide remote assistance even during non-office hours in case of emergenciesTech-savvyAt least 2 year(s) working with Windows 7,10, and Servers 2008, 2012 and 2016Substantial experience on Exchange 2013Substantial experienceon Active Directory (AD), IIS,  DNS, DHCP, VPN (concepts and practical experiences), VLAN, Subnetting, and NASSubstantial experience on vSphere/ESXiAdvantage but not required:Knowledge in Linux, Apple, Postfix, Load Balance, DFS, VOIP, Cisco/HP/Aruba routing and switching, Fortinet, Sophos, TrendMicro productsExperience in Project Management, ITILPossesses own private transport e.g. motorcycle, car, bike, etc...
