To Qualify:

• Must have at least 2 years experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.

• Has knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and Mac OS.

• Has a college degree in Computer Science, I.T. and Computer and Electronics Engineering or other relevant fields.

• With 2 years professional customer service experience in a BPO or related industry.

• Excellent English communication skills.
