Corporate Planning Specialist

The Corporate Planning Specialist will provide staff support to the Corporate Planning Manager and will serve as point person in data collection of industry metrics and strategic planning KPIs monitoring. This employment has the following duties and responsibilities:

Research and Analysis

Source and locate quantitative and qualitative data relevant to Philippine energy industry for inclusion in strategic documents and business plans, and external reporting documents such as Annual Report.Conduct research assigned by Manager as input to various feasibility studies, industry reports and economic bulletins and briefing

Project Management

Take the lead in the collection and updating of strategic planning KPI databaseAssist in the preparation of project briefs and other independent research activities

Operational/Financial Management

Maintain library and repository of corporate planning knowledge baseWork with cross functional teams to prepare external documents or reportorial requirements assigned to Corporate PlanningEnsure physical and electronics records are stored and maintainedHandles unit/department budgets and monitoring

Job Specifications:

Must be a graduate of business, economics, statistics, engineering, or relevant course2 years experience in research and analysisExperience in statistical analysis or database managementExperience in preparing presentations, report writing, and project studies
