Graduate of BS in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any other related courseMust have at least 1 year of related experience in any HR fieldMust be proficient in communicatingCan relate effectively with all types of people in the organization and can demonstrate strong leadership abilityCapable of maintaining confidential informationFresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job duties and Responsibilities:

Provide an accurate, complete and customer friendly response when handling ticket service to employeesEnsure all compensation and benefits ticket logged on the SNOW are resolvedAdminister compensation and benefits process scheme or report efficiently and within agreed timelinesCreate and submit report to Vendor or to Process OwnerLiaise with Payroll and other functional team in order to obtain necessary information to resolve queries
