Responsibilities:

Oversees the manning, employee engagement, retention, and other HR-related concerns that will have an impact to PC businessCollaborates with the Cluster Heads in terms of manning, performance, employee discipline, succession planning and other HR-related concernsAttends to Core Business employees’ concernProcesses admin casesExecutes engagement activitiesTalent Management

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource ManagementAt least more than 5 years’ experience in human resourceWith background in labor relations, organizational development, and talent managementWith experience handling multiple locations
