KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Consults with management and provides daily HR guidanceAnalyzes trends and metrics with the HR DepartmentResolves complex employee relations issues and addresses grievancesWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retentionProvides HR policy guidanceMonitors and reports on workforce and succession planningSuggests and implements HR strategiesUpdates employee records and tracks employee movementAddresses all HR concerns of partner LOBQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration/Management, Law, Human Resource Management or its equivalentAt least 3 years experience as HRBP, preferably in the BPO industryExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenWilling to work the night shiftDetail-orientedAdditional:Monitors completion and generates reports and dashboards:Onboarding: ID Management, PERs, NHOOffboarding: clearance closuresHR Help Hub: closures of simple, moderate, and complex issues. Takes care of updating FAQs.PMFsSurvey Administrator: Moments that Matter, eSAT, eNPSCan perform HR Generalist functionsResponds to Background VerificationPlans and implements engagement activities for HRPrepares TKS and Payroll reports
