University and Community Partnership Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Enable university and community partners by implementing meaningful initiatives.Initiate, implement and evaluate projects with partnersAssess human capital of certain locations where SITEL’s growth can be achievedFacilitate training and/or webinars for UCP leads, if neededEnsure proper documentation is observed (e.g. Data Privacy Notice, MOU, Internship MOA, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent directly related work experience.At least 2 years of Sourcing and/or Marketing experience in either BPO or non-BPO market, has at least 1-year training experienceAbility to do Training Needs Identification & Analysis (TNI & TNA)Has depth knowledge of the education system in the Philippines and the programs LGUs and government offices runExcellent listening and oral/written communication skillsExcellent time management and project planning skills
