Trade Marketing Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

The Trade Marketing Supervisor manages promotions in e-retail stores. He/She evaluates the effectiveness of the said programs against customer feedback, sales growth, and competitor initiatives. He/She closely collaborates with the Trade Marketing Head to ensure that all promotions and programs are in line with the concerned product’s overall brand strategy.

JOB DEscriptION:

Monitors spending on marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are within the department’s budget.Collaborates with the Brand Management Team and the Sales Department to develop programs and strategies to address business objectives.Translates brand plans into e-commerce tailored conceptual sales.Handles consumer insights.Creates a promotional analysis based on customer feedback and contribution to sales growth.Defines the local standards for a perfect store online.Studies promotional initiatives of competing products to come up with counterpart promotions for FELCO brands.Optimizes visibility and traffic to FELCO brand's online retail selling.Ensures that e-retail content is being deployed on time.Secures strong support plans for FELCO brands with e-retailers.Works hand in hand with the local brand, media, in-house agency, and product supply.Helps in events management.Handles media planning, promos, and activations.     

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skills: Communication Skills, Presentation Skills.
