职位描述
Identify and solicit business in the North Luzon area.Organize and conducts sales visits/rally and prospect new businessMaintain and grow good business relationships with new and existing clients/agents.Achieve agreed sales quotas and targetsMonitor renewal, conservation, and retention of accountsDevelop/execute strategies and business plans for acquiring new business prospectsSets appointments for sales presentations, and negotiationsGather relevant data and information to prepare a quotation or business proposalsEnsure client satisfaction through an excellent after-sales servicePrepare, analyze, and submit monthly sales performanceOversee the San Fernando branch in the absence of the Branch Head
