Detailed Accountabilities

Search new products available in the international marketRequest quotations and samples from various international and local suppliersInternational Sourcing: Place trial orders for the approved items and monitor its status; ready date, estimated time of departure (ETD) and estimated time of arrival (ETA)Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliersLocal sourcing: Request quotations from suppliers for various needed signage, stickers, posters and other promotional materialsResearch and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliersFacilitate and manage product developmentRequest the following layouts from the supplierColor box die cutRating labelExisting PackagingHigh Resolution ImagesInstruction ManualForward the above mentioned layouts to Head of graphics teamProof read all artworks before forwarding to the Product Sourcing ManagerPrepare weekly meeting notes/work updates for the Product Sourcing ManagerKeep and file pertinent documentsMonitor all sample. Box if not needed with approval of Product Sourcing Manager and forward to the warehouseFinding profitable productsCompare prices of items from various websitesCheck the Sales Rank, Net Profit, and ROIFilter and sort options to factor customized costs and discountsProduce a complete buy list of profitable itemsAssist with product testing, including sample set up, wash testing and labelingDo secretarial work like responsible in purchasing tickets, assisting travel permits and registration in Trade Shows

At least 1 year of experience in office administration procurement

Graduate of any Business course.

Experience with Excel and Word
