OUTBOUND TELEMARKETER
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
With at least 6 months outbound call center experienceNo minimum educational attainment required – we bank on your experience and expertise!Must absolutely love being in Sales and thrives in a performance-driven cultureProfessional level of verbal and written English communication skillsSkilled in multi-tasking and easily adapts in navigating multiple systems/toolsMust be able to meet deadlines in fast-paced quickly changing environmentMust have a pro-active approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skillsWith proven track record of meeting sales quotaGood command of English communication skillsComfortable making cold callsWilling to work on graveyard shifts and on holidaysWilling to work onsiteRESPONSIBILITIES:
Cold calling people using a given phone number to offer servicesUsing scripts to provide information about our servicesAsk pertinent questions to gather client requirementsPersuade the leads to be transferred to our clients by demonstrating how our services meet their needsRecord the leads personal information accuratelyGo the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales公司介绍
