Liaison Officer

Job Summary

A liaison officer works in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and must be willing to take initiative to proactively solve conflicts and address issues. Liaison officer duties include the following:

Duties & Responsibilities

acting as contact points for all agency or organizational personnel;keeping lists of the agencies or personnel representing the person, agency or organization;facilitating meetings and cooperation among people, agencies and organizations;identifying problems in communications among these groups;collaborating and communicating with necessary constituents and the public; andconducting post-mortems when an incident is wrapped up.application/renewal of LTFRB Franchise/Provisional Authority, LTO accreditation as importer/Manufacturer, BOC Certificate of Registration as importer, SBMA Accreditation, LGU Annual Sticker/Pass, City of Manila monthly Travel Permit etc. Emergency response to vehicular accidents. Negotiation and settlement relating to vehicular accidents. Fair, prompt and consistent administration of accident policies and to ensure, speedy, fair and just resolution of all vehicular accidents.prompt settlement of all apprehension and recovery of all impounded vehicles plates and driver’s licenseRecords Management, ensure proper safekeeping of documents/records related to the department’s tasks.
