Job Description

The job is easy and manageable for those who are fast learners, determined to make money and surpass monthly goals.Nope you do not collect- Your job is to make outbound calls and transfer those calls to our seasoned Collection Representatives.It’s team work! You locate people in the US with debts through the use of various skip tracing tools provided.When you get the right party, transfer the call to our reliable and experienced Collectors.You document accounts on actions taken.You comply with company policies and applicable Federal and State collection laws.You perform and assume other duties and responsibilities to assist in the successful operation of the company as required.To support your success, Training for the position is provided.To succeed, you must be reliable and Good Attendance is a requirement.

Other things you need to know-

No call center experience is necessary, training is provided. You are paid on the first day you join us.Our clients are US based therefore you must have Good English communication skills both oral and written. You must be willing to work in Makati City and be assigned to the night shift.Position includes Basic Pay (based on experience), Allowances, Night differential and performance bonuses.

Currently, we work 8AM to 5PM EST (9pm to 6am PH time). We make adjustment for Daylight Savings Time (DST). We keep one regular shift and weekly off.
