职位描述
JOB SUMMARY:
Pick-up incoming deliveries from the suppliers at port. Deliver customer orders as needed. Manage incoming deliveries by validating and receiving of shipments, unloading and proper storing of materials. Dispensing of all materials needed for production. Monitoring of Raw and Packaging materials.QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably at least college levelDemonstrable, varied experience as a warehouse driverMust have a driver's licenseCustomer-oriented, communicative, and efficientDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Checking deliveries received to ensure that the actual item and quantity order match to the invoice.Loading and unloading shipments, as well as verifying that shipment content are correct and undamaged.Organizing and storing of the received items in appropriate storage area.Updating of inventory of the received PO's.Make quarantine tag, kanban form and PM or RM Receiving form.Monitoring (monthly and year-end) of all inventory of all RM, PM and Label Materials.Communicating with the Purchaser regarding the received items and delays or problems of the received POsMaintaining records of orders, delivery details, dispensed materials, etc.Monitor Job Order and FG production schedule.Dispensing and monitoring of all materials needed for production.Receive, check, record and store the turn-in packaging materials.Ensure Clean and safe working environment.Delivering a variety of items from various locations.Assist/Relieve fellow personnel as needed.Perform other duties deemed necessary.-公司介绍
