职位描述
· Perform Gemba audits (Quality & 5S) in Contract Logistics operations · Conducts operational analysis, spearheads Kaizen activities and develops efficient solutions to Contract Logistics business units · Conducts Gemba training to all Contract Logistics personnel · Support analysis on occurred incident or accident
· Perform tact time check for warehouse activity and utilize that data to operation improvement · Analyze necessary manpower for each warehouse activity based on productivity data · Total warehouse design from checking warehouse dimension, creating layout, selecting best MHE and proposing best storage way · Create operational documents such as Process flow, SOP
Conduct data analysis for transport & warehouse activity data
