Performs daily clinic operations. Provide medical care and assistance to employees seeking first aid and medical assistanceProvide clearance to personnel coming to work as part of the site-entry requirement and fit to work clearance.Assist the company in the Pandemic response; providing updates and advice from the DOH.Ensure that all mandated reports are submitted on time and is reviewed by the HR SupervisorProvide a monthly health report of sickness with the inclusion of recommended preventive measures given by the Attending PhysicianProtect and secure the privacy of personal and sensitive information of all employees gathered during the performance of medical assistance, from undue disclosure to disinterested third parties to avoid causing them harm. Collaborative Part in the promotion and creation of the Health and Wellness Programs Assist in the creation of health related policies and programsRequired to acquire necessary Occupational Health training based on statutory requirements or required by the lawHandles Accident Insurance Claims, and annual renewal.Ensures that employee records are updated to the insurance provider Prepares HMO annual renewalCoordinates with the accredited health care provider for the schedule of the Annual Physical Exam including surprise random drug testing.Coordinates with the City Health Office for the renewal of employee Health Card.Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate head from time to time

Incorporated on December 27, 2007, it is formed to cater a wider-range of customers and more diverse markets.           The company had its first run on February 27, 2009 and commenced formal operations on August 7, 2009. The company's main products, corrugated carton boxes, are sold to direct fresh fruits (e.g. bananas and pineapples) exporting companies in  the region. On May 2009, DFPPI's registration for Custom Bonded Manufacturing Warehouse has been approved by the Bureau of Customs. DFFPI employs only highly skilled people armed with industry expertise, and first-rate machineries, upgraded equipments and facilities to be able to produce quality products and provide quality service OUR PRODUCTS DFPPI's corrugated carton boxes are known for its supreme quality.
