职位描述
• document all phone calls with regards to questions
• Monitor Telephone Checking for reviews from administrative staff so call returns are done in a well-timed way.
• Follow-up with consumers within a 24-hour period when it comes to the initial telephone call up. Even if it is to just touch base and let user know questions is still being reviewed.
