职位描述
If you’re passionate about supporting a holistic patient journey through drug safety, the Pharmacovigilance Specialist role is for you. MedGrocer leverages technology to offer end-to-end patient care with the goal of a healthier, more caring, and more systematic Philippine healthcare system.
The Pharmacovigilance Specialist assesses drug products and reports adverse events. You will help in actualizing MedGrocer’s vision by working with a team in ensuring patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
Provide phone support to patient and health care professionals, which involves receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls as requiredReceive, triage, review, and process safety data from various sources, which involves inputting data into tracking and client safety databases, generating follow up queries pertinent to the case, performing quality control, assisting with reconciliation, driving case closure, and performing other safety-related tasksDevelop, update, and implement procedures to ensure compliance with Patient Safety global procedures and national requirementsMaintain, release, and update physical and electronic copies of patient safety information in MedGrocer’s databaseMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or other health-related coursesExperience in Pharmacovigilance is a plusKnowledge in Google Workspace applications公司介绍
