• Monitor Phone Checking for answers from administrative company so call returns are done in a well-timed course.
• Follow-up with users within a 24-hour time when it comes to the initial telephone call up. Even if it is to just touch base and let consumer know request is still being looked into.
• Cross sell useful offerings or items supplied by the company
• Provide reliable, exceptional service to every consumer by using all obtainable software and resources
• Use customer service programs when considered necessary.
