Student Scheduler

The successful candidate will be assigned to our internal AU Registered Training Organization client. This is a permanent work from position with the perks and benefit of a regular employee.

Essential Job Functions:

Call and text students to schedule sessionsFollow up missed appointmentsSend student documents to employerFollow up student progress from employer

Skills Required:

Good telephone mannersFirm and persistent to follow upGood eye to details

Qualifications:

Graduate of any relevant course5 years experience in RTO audit work, preferably in Australian VET sector.Preferable to have a working knowledge of Axcelerate and Cloud Assess.
