Mortgage Sr. Supervisor

Job Descriptions:Implement approved policy and procedures in the processing of buyers external financing.Provide and effective feedback mechanism to the department head and buyers on the status of the loan.Use an monitoring system that will be able to provide adequate information to buyers and banks on various requirements in external financing.Closely coordinate with all stakeholders, titling, customer care, accounting, legal, operations, treasury, buyers and banks in any operational issues about external financing.Assist the Manager in formulating reliable system and procedures for the department use.Provide complete, accurate and updated requirements and process for Pag-ibig Financing.Job Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Mass Communication or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): People Management Skills, Clear Communication Skills, Advanced in written and oral English, Computer literate, Cool in temperament and very patient.
