QUALIFICATION
Eligibility:
Career Service (Professional) Second level eligibility.
Education:
Master's Degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC
Training:
40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention.
Work Experience:
4 years of supervisory / management experience
Competency:
Leads the organization by example through coaching towards a performance based, culture and achievement of public service performance standard.
