ATM Field and Site Selection Officer

Responsibilities:

Daily Site visit: To visit around 5-7 atm sites on daily basis and to update the Audit reports and checklist at time of every visit. Minimum one visit to be done to all the sites and no site to be left unvisited during a calendar month.Inspect ATM machine parts and peripherals during site visit. Examine and check if there are any skimming or suspicious devices installed at the site.Monitor closely for repair/maintenance ticket items of ATM sites. Approve the quotes as per rate chart and track the tickets for closure. Update and close ticket items once completed.Coordinate with vendors and provide support. Maintain good client and vendor relationship.Perform periodical Cash Audit in ATMs in the prescribed checklist and tally the physical cash / Switch Cash and ATM Cash and report the same.Provide update on Site Access issues during site visit such as, road widening, Municipal drainage work etc., which impacts access to sites.To provide support to Operations team during Emergency/Force Majeure situation such as but not limited to attending FLM calls, cheque clearance, etc.Attend meetings with local bank clients and support customers during joint site inspection.Obtain Government-mandated clearances/certifications such as Fire Certificate.Provide comprehensive Training on Do's / Don’ts to care takers/ Security Supervisors / Rounders etc.,Provide project support during ATM site installation, ensure delivery of equipment/peripherals to site, and timely go-live of the site. Escalate if there are issues or delays on the timeline. Ensure that the ATM machine will go live 21 days from possession taken.Ensure compliance and examine quality of execution of Civil work, drainpipe, proper lamination, Electrical wiring, proper placement of devices and Signage etc.Perform site inspection before and during takeover of ATM site based on the checklist provided.Handles the site selection, contract negotiation and performance of commercial offsite ATMs together with the ATM Site Selection Manager; Handles the expansion of offsite ATM network, ATM deployment, and other ATM standard compliance to contribute to the team’s goal; Conducts ocular site visits on proposed ATM locations.Prepares monthly ATM availability report and assist in the preparation of business cases using monthly switch report and ATM site selection volume; Monitors movements/relocations, deployments, termination/pull-out of commercial offsite ATMs; and Coordinates and maintains good relationships with internal and external clients/lessors.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.Required language(s): English, local languageAt least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Good client interaction skillsWillingness to work on flexible hours.
