职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Sales Target Achievement (Implement sales initiative in the store; create and execute daily sales plan)

2) Store Readiness (daily walkabout to ensure department is ready for day to day operations; monitor stocks, display and signages; ensure execution of Price Event; proper tagging of items; interact with customers and efficiently resolve any complaints and issues)

3) Inventory Management and Control (monitor month of stocks to sale ratio, ensure checking of slow moving items and overstocking; timely inventory; implement preventive measure to avoid stock damage and wastage)

4) Execution of Merchandising plans (ensures bundling and markdown executions, share of shelves executions, and suppliers execution)

5) Procedures and Reports Compliance

6) People management and Engagement

7) Other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time
