职位描述
• Proficient in Lazada Shopee Facebook E-commerce operations
Has experience in online store operations
• or other actual work experience as an online marketer and sales officer.
• Generate sales by managing and processing inbound sales calls ,chat ,text and provide the requested information, including product price and service , deals and promotions
• Facilitate client requirements with preparing all new quotation.
• Perform all follow up for incoming calls and consistently ensure optimal levels of client satisfaction.
•Computer literate.
• With good communicate ,written and verbal skills.
•Customer-oriented.
