Job Responsibilities:

Directly reporting to Branch ManagerEnsure that Sales Associates can deliver the Ashley selling techniques to every customer. Support them with consistent coaching, identifying their development and training needs.They are in charge of monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers.Provide consistent and qualitative feedback to the team and coach themExecute in store training routineEnsure all policies, standards and company procedures are communicated and implemented.Maintain a clean and safe store environment and implement general housekeeping duties as necessary.Ensure that merchandise is properly received, displayed, stored and maintained by team members.Ensure visual merchandising is maintained according to guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays, in order to maximize sales and merchandise turnKnow the best sellers and make sure you always have them displayed.Push sales of slow-moving items to make way for new products.
