JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growthSetup of gondolas and merchandise displayEnsure that the store’s daily operation is properly managedKeeping the store tidy and cleanOrganize & arrange merchandise in the product selling areaGreeting & Serving CustomerMaintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirementsRecruiting, Select, Training, Coaching & Disciplining employee; monitoring & appraising job responsibilitiesProvide constructive guidance to team on effective operationsProtects employees & customer by providing safe & clean store environment.Daily Bank-in of store salesStocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes neededComplete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & SuperiorSending document related to HQ and SuperiorWorking within established Guideline & SOPAny other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager
