Branch Manager (Batangas)

The role will mainly focus on business development in our branch in Batangas. It will be mainly responsible in achieving sales targets of our operation in Batangas and neighboring areas. Responsibilities include creating and executing a business strategy for his or her area as well as recruitment activities for insurance agents and unit managers to improve our sales capability in the area. Furthermore coaching and training of personnel will also be conducted from time to time in order to develop our talent.

Responsibilities:

Prepares a business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of goals and profitabilityRecruits, trains and manages unit managers and financial advisorsConducts regular performance reviews and provides solutions to achieve desired resultsEnsures team compliance of company policies and procedures as specified under the Company's Code of Ethics and Guidelines

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, any fieldAt least 2 years of working experience in the related fieldApplicants must be willing to be based in BatangasPrevious Training and / or Sales Management background in the Financial Services/Insurance Industry is preferred
